There's a place for everyone at Stalybridge Cricket Club. We have players of all abilities, girls, boys and a good atmosphere for those just wishing to watch.

The Dynamos and Juniors are co-ordinated by our Development Lead, Adam-Smith-Harwick.

The Senior Mens Teams are lead by 1st Team Captain, Mike Whitworth, as well as 2nd Team Captain, James Lovatt, and 3rd Team Captain, Ash Wardhaugh. We also have two Ladies teams led by Jo Dooley.

For the 2025 season, we have training and teams for the following age bands:

All Stars & Dynamos

All Stars Cricket provides non-stop fun for all children aged 5-8 years old. The activity and game based programme is suitable for all skill levels, providing your child with the foundations to begin a lifelong love of physical activity and cricket, while making friends in a safe and enjoyable environment.

Dynamos Cricket provides boys and girls from 8-11 years old with non-stop fun. Each week there will be a focus on a different cricket skill to build their confidence and ability, before they take part in a 60-ball countdown cricket match. It will help grow your child's love of the game, and will give them the opportunity to socialise and make friends in a safe environment.

We also host a junior night on Fridays for all ages.

Seniors

The 1st and 2nd Teams compete in Division 4 and Division 6 (East) respectively, of the Greater Manchester League, on Saturdays, 12 :30PM start and 45 Overs.

The 3rd Team competes in the Sunday league of the Derbyshire and Cheshire League.
